Being a big company doesn't depend on big budget

   Google terminates the Google Play developer account of many Android developers on the grounds that they do not comply with policy rules.
You need a developer account to publish apps on Google Play.
You can buy a developer account for $ 25. However, if your application is suspended 3 times, your developer account will be terminated and you will not able to purchase new developer account again and allow you to publish the application. Especially if you are a person trying to make a living by developing applications, this means that all your efforts go to trash.

You are not informed in advance of any violation. Sending the email that the application was suspended before it was published. Since the problem is notified to you later, you cannot correct it no matter how much you object. We are all human beings we can make mistakes sometimes we make mistakes without being malicious.

Even if you create a new account with no rule violations, the previous violations are called off and the new accounts are closed, so you are not allowed to open a clean page. Template answers are sent to your objections. All kinds of support and communication ways are closed for you. The service you get for the $ 25 you paid for the developer account is also deplorable.
However, instead of suspending applications, each time they can give you the possibility to notify in advance and fix.

Developer accounts with no rule violations may not be terminated by calling previous violations and you may be given a second chance.

However, the Google finds solution at closing the doors completely. They treat you as a criminal and allow you to participate in these products.

  We do not criticize Google's diligence and efforts to ensure policy rules here. We criticize business ethics and methods for enforcing rules. It is not understandable that a world-giant company, which has earned billions of dollars from publishers and developers, has been so careless and irresponsible and unable to offer proper support to developers.

Just because you're a billion-dollar company doesn't mean you're a big company. Your human and moral values should be as high as your budget.

   The support and solutions offered by Google to developers and publishers do not suit a company that has become an internet giant. Prohibitions imposed on developer accounts that do not violate the rule should be removed. Users should be assisted in resolving whatever the problem is, rather than introducing a lifetime ban.

25 dolar karşılığında geliştirici hesabı satın alabiliyorsunuz. Ancak uygulamanız 3 defa askıya alınırsa geliştirici hesabınız fesh ediliyor ve tekrar geliştirici hesabı satın alıp, uygulama yayınlamanıza izin vermiyorlar. Özellikle uygulama geliştirerek geçimini sağlamaya çalışan bir insansınız bu bütün emeklerinizin çöpe gitmesi anlamına geliyor.

   Kural ihlali ne ise size önceden bilgi verilmiyor. Uygulamanın yayınlanmadan önce askıya alındığı maili gönderiliyor.


 Sorun size sonradan bildirildiği için ne kadar itiraz ederseniz edin düzeltme şansınız olmuyor. Hepimiz insanız hata yapabiliriz bazen kötü niyetli olmadan hatalar yaptığımız olabilir.
Hiçbir kural ihlali olmayan yeni bir hesap dahi oluşturursanız önceki ihlaller denilerek yeni hesaplarda kapatılıyor ve böylelikle sizin temiz bir sayfa açmanıza izin verilmiyor. Yaptığınız itirazlara hazır şablon cevaplar gönderiliyor. Sizin için her türlü destek ve iletişim yolları kapanmış oluyor. Geliştirici hesabı için ödediğiniz 25 doların karşılığında aldığınız hizmet de içler acısı.
Oysaki uygulamaları askıya almak yerine her defasında önceden bildirip size düzeltme imkanı verilebilir. Hiçbir kural ihlali olmayan geliştirici hesapları önceki ihlaller denilerek sonlandırılmayabilir ve size ikinci bir şans verilebilir.
Ancak Google çözümü size kapıları tamamen kapatmakta buluyor. Size birer sabıkalı suçlu muamelesi yapıyor ve sizin bu ürünlere katılmanıza izin verilmiyor.
  Biz burada Google'ın politika kurallarını sağlamaktaki titizliğini ve çabasını eleştirmiyoruz. Kuralları uygulamaktaki iş ahlakını ve yöntemleri eleştiriyoruz. Yayıncılar ve geliştiriciler üzerinden milyarlarca dolar kazanan dünya devi bir şirketin bu kadar umursamaz ve sorumsuz davranması, geliştiricilere adamakıllı bir destek sunamaması anlaşılır gibi değildir.

Milyar dolarlık bir şirket olmanız sizin büyük bir şirket olduğunuz anlamına gelmez. Bütçeniz kadar insani ve ahlaki değerlerinizin de çok yüksek olması gerekir. 

   Google’ın geliştiricilere ve yayıncılara sunduğu destek ve çözümler, internet devi olmuş bir şirkete yakışmıyor. Kural ihlali olmayan geliştirici hesaplarına getirilen yasaklar kaldırılmalı. Kullanıcılara ömür boyu yasak getirmek yerine sorun neyse onu çözmek konusunda yardımcı olunmalıdır.
