Our thoughts drive our emotions

Replacing bad thoughts with positive ones

We've all had times when we've all been in different moods. Sometimes we can be unhappy and sad, sometimes depressed, and sometimes joyful. These mood swings are part of our lives. Some events we experience, sad or happy news we receive have effects on our mood. The main influence on the formation of these different modes, which are expressed as "mood" in English, is our thoughts and the way we interpret events.

Escape from the grip of anxiety

If we compare our brain to a computer and our thought patterns to software, if we can change the bad codes that can cause us to misinterpret life within these thought patterns, we will also change the emotions that make us feel hopeless and bad. Whenever we feel depressed and unhappy, we get rid of negative bad modes by applying this method.

Suppose your morale is broken because of a negative situation you have been through. Although it is usually a situation that will improve in the course of life, we may have a mood that is suitable for interpreting it in the worst way and looking at things from a bad angle. In fact, if we can learn to look at life more positively by changing this pessimistic perspective, we can realize that everything gets better with time and that the things we worry about today are actually insignificant things. What we need to do in the transition from negative mode to positive mode is to change the negative codes, that is, the way we interpret our thoughts and life.

Listen to your inner voice, if this voice is telling you to be pessimistic, encourage you to think optimistically by speaking positively to yourself before bad thoughts occur and swarm into our brains. Then you will see that these bad sounds that fall like a rain cloud disappear. If our mind causes us to think negatively with the effect of bad experiences we have had before, these thoughts are not your own, that is, they are the imagination of your mind that you have created with your perceptions. In fact, if you remind yourself that things are not as bad as they always were, you have experienced similar bad situations before, but you somehow overcome them, you will notice that the emotions that make you feel sad disappear. We can change our software by re-coding these bad codes that might make us feel sad. Ask yourself some questions:

What are the reasons that make you feel bad? Once you have established the reasons, ask yourself again whether they are worth worrying about. Have you experienced similar situations before? If you have probably managed to get rid of these situations in some way, reminding yourself of them will give you strength and make you think positively. It will be easier for us to get out of this bad mood as it means thinking positive = feeling positive. Never suggest bad thoughts to yourself, be patient, learn the art of not giving a damn that you need some time. Accept the facts, but remind yourself that we too have the strength to overcome them, and that many things are not worth magnifying. After that, you will realize that your life has changed and your quality of life has increased.
